Ducard Group has a broad experience on garlic crop management, including the harvest, product selection, quality control and commercialization and export processes. We also have the appropriate infrastructure needed to comply with the international standards to obtain a high quality product that is of worldwide competency.
Our garlic’s uniformity, big size, freshness, taste (little acidity) and easy plucked distinguish it internationally. It has good qualities that other garlic in South America, Europe and Asia don’t have.
The Coxal purple garlic are cropped, harvested and dried in moderate to warm climates with low humidity at the central and south coast of Peru. Because of this, we are able to perform several crop campaigns during the year and in that way, supply the national and worldwide markets with a fresh produce for nine months, in a more continuous way that the other producers.
